Information

Please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow the staff time to review the services with you and answer your questions. It also ensures that you receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced.
To ensure you get an appointment when and with whom you want, we recommend you to schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon and spa.
Groups
A credit card is required to reserve spa packages, wedding parties, prom's and parties of 2 or more.  48 hour notice of cancellation must be given otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the services will be charged.
Punctuality
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late it may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.
Did you know?

Canceling your appointment with less than 48 hour's notice, or not showing up for your scheduled appointment, financially hurts both your Stylist and the Salon/Spa. When you schedule an appointment you are reserving time with one of our Professionals that is exclusively held for you. We cannot fill canceled appointments with less than 48 hour's notice. When you cancel without proper notice or even worse, don't show up at all, you cost the Stylist and the Salon/Spa income for that time that cannot be made up.

Cancellation of appointments MUST be made with 48 hours notice. If you do not show up or cancel without proper notice on one or more occasions, we may require prepayment for future appointments.

Children
We love children, but we ask that unless your children have an appointment that you leave them home as not to disrupt other peoples services.
Tipping
Tipping is always left to the discretion of the client.
All staff members have met the requirements for state license and/or national certification in their respective fields. We are always open to suggestions on how we may better serve you.
